VINIFICATION : No chaptalization, no yeasting, no added sulphite. Maceration of whole grapes in 220 litre barrels for 180 days. During fermentation, 1 barrel turn every day. Devatting of the barrel in April 2018 then aging in barrels for 1 year. Bottled in the barrel cellar.
