About the vineyard
Two brothers, Eric and Marc TAILLANDIER work and produce on the vineyard. In 1991 Eric planted the vines on his father's land in Savennières, his brother Marc joined him in 1994 and together they began to write the history of the Estate.
The vines are cultivated according to reasoned agriculture with the greatest respect for nature, without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides or weed killers, preferring to favour auxiliary fauna.
The grapes are harvested by hand by successive sorting and vinified in a traditional way to preserve the specificities of the grape variety, the Chenin Blanc and of the terroir, a soil that is steep.
