Terroir: This wine is produced on slopes facing south. The soil is made up of gravel
and clay.
Grape variety: 80% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Cultivation mode: We do not use pesticides and insecticides: natural agriculture. The
grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification: It is traditional and lasts for 5 long months with clarification by
repeated racking.
Tasting: L ‘ANJOU ROUGE "Vieilles Vignes" from Domaine TAILLANDIER is a wine with
melted tannins and aromas of red fruits. Its colour is a ruby red.
Aging: around ten years old.
Food pairing: Particularly fruity, Anjou Rouge goes wonderfully with all grilled
red meats, but also game. In its youth (2 to 3 years), it will also be appreciated
