Grape: Cabernet Franc 100%

ABV: 13%

Terroir: Vineyard plot located on a south-facing hillside, east of Chinon on degraded limestone at a place called La Haute Olive.

Vinification: Manual and mechanical harvest. Harvest at full maturity. Total destemming. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

Aging: Aging in vats until bottling.

Serving: Best served at 15° to 17°C

Bottling: Spring following harvest. Traditional cork stopper.

Aging Potential: 10 to 15 years Brings a lot of pleasure in its youth, but will gain in complexity over the years.

Certification: High Environmental Value

Tasting: A complex and delicate nose with aromas of red fruits complemented by floral aromas (violet, peony) and spices. A fine and generous palate with silky tannins. Good intensity and persistence. Perfect to accompany roasted white meats or casseroles.
