Aging: Aging not in vat until bottling. Traditional cork stopper.
Serving: Best served at 15° to 17°C
Bottling: May / June following harvest
Aging Potential: 5 to 12 years. Worth a few years of aging before revealing its full potential.

Tasting: Limestone brings an additional dimension to this wine which presents a significant volume in the mouth and firm tannins. This cuvée is a nod to Vincent, the youngest son of Bertrand who actively participated in the development of this cuvée.
