Vinification: Manual and mechanical harvest. Harvest at full maturity. Total destemming, wine resulting from bleeding on red vats after one night of maceration, Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Aging: Aging on lees with regular stirring to give volume in the mouth. Thermo-regulated stainless steel tank until bottling. Vinified dry, its fat and volume in the mouth make it a gastronomic rosé that will allow you to create daring culinary alliances.
Serving: Best served at 7° and 8°C
Bottling: Early spring following harvest.
Aging Potential: 2 to 3 years Traditional cork stopper

Tasting: Light pink colour with salmon reflections, an aromatic nose of strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and a rich and fleshy palate. This rosé de saigné will go perfectly with your summer meals, but also with smoked fish, seafood or white meats.
